HOA - Current Board of Directors

The Hays Country Oaks 2 Homeowner's Association was chartered in 1993 with the following objectives:

• • • 1) To promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Hays Country Oaks 

    • 2) To help residents in understanding the association's deed restrictions, bylaws and agreements for preserving the value of the properties within Hays Country Oaks 

    • 3) To manage the collection of annual homeowner's fees payable by notice the first month of the year, no later then March 31st of a given calendar year. 

    • 4) To keep correct and complete books and records of account, keep minutes of the proceedings of its members, the Board of Directors, and committees having any of the authority of the Board of Directors.
